Brandon and I have lived together for almost 2 years now. I moved into his campus apartment the summer after college, ate Ramen Noodles every night while watching the Bachelor and drinking cheap beer. After summer was over, we had to live in different places while we pursued different career paths. I scored my dream corporate job and Brandon started grad school. One year later and two years into our relationship our paths finally aligned again and we found ourselves moving into our first house in Rockford, IL.
From the two years of living together, Brandon and I have slowly let go of our college furniture and decor and have begun accumulating “grown up” stuff. Like a cohesive, matching bedding set- praise Jesus. Something we’ve talked about is what we are going to do when we get married. We’ve been blessed enough to purchase bedding, mixing bowls, towels, etc. So a wedding gift registry may not be as useful for us. This was something I was hearing from a lot of my couples who have lived together for a while, too.
So I did a little research and found Honeyfund!
What Is It?
